Mr. Jonathan Ginsberg joined Morgan Vantage Group in 2025 as a Senior Consultant and key partner in the U.S. office. With a distinguished background in international trade, education, and law, he is a recognized leader in community engagement and co-founder of the Global Friendship City Association (GFCA), where he serves as Executive Director. GFCA is dedicated to advancing subnational cooperation in commerce, culture, and education worldwide. Through his strategic leadership, Mr. Ginsberg has successfully fostered international public-private partnerships across North America, Asia, and Africa. Leveraging Mr. Ginsberg’s expertise, MVG will launch a next-generation leadership program offering bespoke solutions, including structured internships, executive mentorship, and career development support. With a strong global foundation, this initiative is designed to empower the next generation of cross-border families, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and networks essential for sustained success.

In addition to his role at Morgan Vantage Group, he serves as the President of BEEC Inc. (BEEC), an education services and technology company in California, which he co-founded in January 2016. At BEEC, he leads operations and the expansion of student services, catering to clients across North America, Asia, Oceania, and Europe. He also oversees BEEC’s software development division, specializing in custom learning solutions for schools and institutions. Furthermore, Mr. Ginsberg is a Founding Member of BEEC Capital, LLC, an investment and consulting firm owned by BEEC Inc. Since April 2024, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer and a director of Black Hawk Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: BKHA), a blank check company pursuing an initial business combination. Additionally, he is a Director of NP Life Sciences Health Industry Group Inc., an OTCQB-listed company, and also serves as a director of its subsidiary, GW Health Consulting Management Inc.
Mr. Ginsberg holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
